Taperoo Dunes would like to acknowledge the equipment grant recently received from the City of Port Adelaide Enfield.
The grant allowed us to purchase a range of tools and equipment to make more purpose made tools we use to eradicate Euphorbia and Coastal Galenia.
These tools were designed and constructed by Taperoo Dunes Group member Kym Murphy. The new tools and equipment will enhance our capacity to work in the Dunes in the coming years. Having more equipment means we can have more volunteers each week!
We have also selected strong tools which we hope will mean a longer life and less waste in the future. We also we were pleased to support our local independent garden shop with purchases for a large part of the grant.
Thanks to the City of Port Adelaide Enfield for supporting groups such as Taperoo Dunes.
